Are you a Carer or do you rely on the support of a Carer?
Hospital Trusts across the Merseyside and Cheshire Region have worked together with Carers and Carer organisations to develop a Carer Passport for use when a person is admitted to hospital for an inpatient stay.
See the NHS Carer Passport leaflet for more information.
Branch Meetings and Support Meetings
The Branch holds regular Branch meetings at Best Western Premier Suites Hotel & Spa. We also hold monthly daytime meetings in Liverpool and Southport.

Please see our Meetings & Events page for further information.
