On Saturday 27th April Kimberley Murray will be organising a Coffee, Cake & Raffle Event at Greasby Community Centre, from 2-4pm to help raise money in support of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Kimberley says,
“I am doing this in memory of my Mum Irene, who suffered with this cruel disease. This life changing experience has made me realise how much more help is needed to aid the MND Association in their efforts to improve access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
There is currently no cure and no medication to alleviate the symptoms for people suffering with this progressive disease. We were supported by the MND Association during Mum’s battle against this illness and knowing that any money raised will be helping them to continue their support for other people suffering will mean so much.”
