Volunteering
Volunteer with the Merseyside Branch
We’re looking for new volunteers to join the Merseyside Branch of the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) and help us make a real difference to the lives of people affected by MND.
Our aim is to provide practical help, support and friendship to people living with motor neurone disease, as well as their families and carers across Merseyside. We do this in a number of ways, including organising local support groups, raising vital funds, increasing awareness of MND and offering one-to-one support to people living with the condition.
There are many ways you can get involved, whether you have a little time to spare or would like to take on a more regular role. You could help organise fundraising events, support our local activities, or become a Support Volunteer, offering a friendly face and a listening ear to someone affected by MND.
Whatever your skills, experience or availability, your contribution can make a genuine difference. By volunteering with us, you’ll become part of a dedicated local team working together to support people affected by MND in our community.
Current volunteering opportunities and vacancies are listed below. If you see a role that interests you, or would simply like to find out more about volunteering with us, we’d love to hear from you. Your time and support could make a real difference to local people affected by MND.
